Annisa has over 14 years senior experience in marketing, strategy, resort real estate envisioning, branding and positioning of over $1B of gross sales in single-family and multi-family resort real estate across the Western US, Mexico and Hawaii
As one of the most senior and experienced marketers at Playground, an Intrawest company, she was responsible for the strategy development and implementation of aggressive integrated marketing campaigns to drive sales results, managed multiple projects, budgets and teams; directed multiple advertising agencies to drive the creative processes; and helped innovate Playground-leading marketing tools, processes and programs.
Annisa will immediately serve as the Director of Marketing for So 7, a residential real estate project in Fort Worth, Texas, managed by PowerPlay.

Hill Mullikin Kicks Off Online Giving Campaign For Furman University.
GREENVILLE, SC - Furman University and Hill Mullikin kicked off an alumni awareness effort today called DoNotCallMeAtDinner.com that leverages email marketing and social media Web sites. The campaign was designed to create alumni awareness and increase participation with Furman University while raising funds through online donations. Like most universities, Furman has a Spring Call-a-Thon that yields results but is perceived as an annoyance to many donors. This year the approach is to attack that philosophy head-on and promise not to call alumni at dinner if they make an online gift by May 15, 2009. A parody of the famous Apple/PC television spots is used to help drive home this point.
